An executive or associate from Edumaats Foundation will get in touch with you to understand your requirements, and then connect you with an educator best suited for your need. You can call the tutor/trainer/counselor and discuss your requirement with him/her in detail. If you are satisfied call the tutor for a demonstration class of home tuition. If the tutor is unable to fulfill the tuition needs of your son / daughter, our counselor will help you find another tutor matching your requirement.
Once you are a registered parent/student, you can make a request to the tutor/educator to deliver a free demo class at your home. To become a registered parent/student you would need to pay a small annual non- refundable registration fee after your conversation with the tutor but prior to demo at your place.
Not really, it depends on your requirements. If you are an active parent/student whose son/daughter has been benefited at Edumaats Foundation, registration fee looks very nominal and comes back as rewards points.
Sir/Madam, Demo is also time & travel consuming element which has a consequence on the rating of the tutor/educator along with their confidence. Please speak to the tutor/educator over phone and assess his/her suitability for communication, timings, availability and subject matter expertise. This will ensure that the tutor/educator is not rejected for any reason other than his/her teaching ability. However, to answer your specific question: we may stop your free demos after 3 demos.
We would like to recommend that you assess tutor's teaching ability more than anything else though you have a right to accept or reject him/her on any ground. We have tutors/educators from different parts of the country who may have ascent issues or lacking a bit in communication but are very strong in concepts.
Not necessarily. You can ask for a replacement any time if you are not satisfied with the progress of your ward. We would however recommend that you speak to our academic counselor before taking a decision.
Most of our tutors are professionals and assure for continuation. However, they are freelancers and they can decide whether they want to continue with the classes. We do have penalties for leaving classes without prior intimation. However, if a tutor gives sufficient notice and has a valid reason for not continuing, we respect the tutor's decision.
We have a long experience of the industry and know the ground reality of tutoring as a business. Our very strong filtering process which checks for tutor's KYC and academic knowledge can assure that all our tutors/educators have been extensively vetted by our experts, before being assigned to you and therefore, you will have nothing to worry regarding the quality of your child's education.
No. We take monthly fee upfront through net banking, bank transfer, cash collection or MVRBS; but the tutor/educator is paid after the monthly sessions are over. This brings a commitment from both sides. We have seen this working. If you choose to pay the tutor/educator directly, it would be treated as a risk and there is no responsibility from our side in case of discontinuation or fraud. We recommend and prefer the transparency and there is no reason for us to think otherwise.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your tutor/educator and we are not able to give you a suitable replacement within two weeks, you have a right to ask for your money. We will deduct tuition money for sessions taken and refund the balance amount. Please note that for discounted packages, we will calculate consumed sessions/hours on normal rate and not discounted rates. Registration fee is not refundable under any circumstance.
No. We ONLY do quality check of tutors/educators. We suggest checking his/her ID verified before starting the classes. In case, if you find any doubtful action, you should immediate inform us and you are free to disqualify him/her. We value your privacy and dignity.
We do not advise any classes in the absence of parents/guardians. We also advise you to talk to your ward regularly and take feedback about the tutor/educator. In the end, we are a marketplace connecting tutors and parents. We do not guarantee any suitability or safety either explicit or implied.
We do a thorough quality check on subject knowledge and delivery. Our effort is to ensure that your tutor is of high quality. Beyond that, we do not make any further claim. Please note that your need may be different from our assessment and therefore in some situations you may not find a particular tutor suitable. Our counselor will help you find another tutor in such cases.

Personalized attention is always better than group or mass classes. It is much more effective as teacher can focus on core concepts/gaps and get the concepts clarified fast. Your ward is already going to a school/college. He needs a helping hand to clarify doubts and bring some discipline in studies. That said, you have the flexibility to decide the best package/hours that suits your need and pocket.
Pricing is completely comparative and flexible depending on the quality and experience of the tutor/educator as well as on the standard, subjects and timings of your ward. It may or may not be fixed as we believe “freedom of your choice” strategy.
